This is not about you and me… this is about working together to reach people who have lost hope about themselves. This is about people who want to succeed this time – without falling for another gimmick or another broken promise.
This is about one group of people that refuse to let the world eat itself to death without a fight, reaching out all day, with total commitment to our mission: To Help People Achieve THEIR Goals and Lead Healthy Fulfilling Lives.
Today, the kick off of the January Surge, is about courage, enthusiasm, and compassion.
We are Team Beachbody – all of us – and the community grows now.
For all your hard work this month, I want to personally reward you (even more than normal commissions) for putting yourself out there.
Here’s how our social media blitz, #IWannaHelpYou, will work.
Step 1) Each day, take a picture of someone you are going to help achieve a personal goal in 2014. Post that photo to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. You can be in the picture with them too, if you like. I know this is obvious, but make sure they are cool with you posting their photo before you take the picture.
Step 2) In the post, use the hashtag #IWannaHelpYou so we can find your photo.
Step 3) In the caption, write their goal and how you are going to help them achieve that goal. If possible, tag both of you in the photo.
Here are a few examples:
(Note: You cannot post a photo of just yourself and your photo cannot contain more than 2 people).
Every day, from 1/6-1/31 we will randomly select a winning photo from the pool of entries for that day, and award $200 ($100 for the person who posted the photo and $100 for the person in the photo).* You can submit as many times as you like through January 31st, but you can only win once during the month of January. In order to be eligible to win, you must follow the official rules and the criteria listed above. Around 2PM PST on January 6th, we will select the first winner and announce live during the January Surge. Tune in here.
