Good afternoon,

I just wanted to send a very quick email to say a massive thank you to yourself and Barbara (in certification) for all your help in helping me arrange my trip to LA to become a Certified Insanity Instructor.

My life has changed so much since I returned. I have been extremely busy running Insanity classes I’m running around 12 classes a week. I still can not keep up with the demand, but I’m happy with the number at moment as I do not want to compromise on the quality of my classes. I have lots of interest from gyms all over the UK and I have also been asked to write in a fitness magazine and be a very small part of a channel 4 TV show.

This qualification has made a huge difference to my family and my 2 small children as they are very proud of “Mom” and love doing Insanity with me. Also, financially it has really helped us. I lost my job while pregnant with my 2 year old daughter so times have been hard and flying out we used every last penny, but thank god it has paid off.

The [INSANITY Certification®] course itself was fantastic, and I’m always studying my INSANITY® manual and watching the DVD provided. I film my classes from time to time so I can make sure my form is still spot on and I watch you tube videos of Shaun T so I stay on top of my game.

First – give yourself a big hug and congratulations – and if you completed the Reset with someone else, give them a hug, too. You just did your body a huge favor and have opened your mind and body to an exciting and rewarding time.

This was my 3rd time doing the Reset and I’m amazed how I learn something new about my body each time through. I was highly disciplined this time, followed the Ultimate Reset meal plan to a T, and really stayed engaged with what I was experiencing.

I feel lighter, more focused, my natural energy levels are up, and I’ve gained rituals and habits that I’m going to implement as I get back to my daily routine.
