I use Twitter and my “Like” page at Facebook to keep in touch with coaches, to recognize new coach sign-ups and rank advancements, and to give my perspective on achieving your (and my) goals.
As I write this, I have 8,272 Twitter “followers”. But we have over 55,000 coaches and I want to communicate with them all! I want to have as many people on the team plugged into the messaging, contests, and ideas that I share on Twitter.
So here’s what I am going to do, and I need your help to get the word out:
1. Click on “Follow” on my twitter account before Monday evening. I am going to pick one coach from my Twitter followers as of Monday 5PM and give you $400.
2. Then it’s a sharing opportunity: You can encourage other people to follow my (and your) Twitter account. Because I will pay another $400 to a random follower who tweets the name of their favorite Beachbody product to me, with @CarlDaikeler in the tweet, between Monday 5PM and Tuesday 5PM.
That’s an opportunity for you to talk to everyone you know who’s on twitter, and ask them what their favorite Beachbody product is (and let them know you are a coach). Worst that can happen is, you help them get a chance to win $400. And just maybe you help them succeed with the program and plug into the real benefits of Shakeology.
3. And the closer: For every Twitter follower I have as of Tuesday 5PM, I will donate another $1 to Raincatcher*, and that $1 will provide clean drinking water to one child in a third world country for over a year.
So to repeat:
One Coach follower will get $400: Get your coaches to follow @CarlDaikeler on Twitter by Monday at 5PM
One follower wins $400 for tweeting their favorite Beachbody product name including @CarlDaikeler in the tweet between Mon 5PM and Tues 5PM (PT)
I donate $1 to Raincatcher for every follower as of Tuesday 5PM
The upside to all this is, the more coaches I get following my twitter account, the more coaches I can keep focused on our mission and working on the Game Plan.

What’s all the commotion about the rush to make things happen before today is over? How can the slightest effort TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS save the lives of at least ten kids in Africa?

BUT YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION. No – that doesn’t mean you need to give money (although that would be nice too)… You just need to sign up for Shake and Share (so you get the free tools to promote your business – yes – free tools for you) and you need to set up some meetings ASAP.
We’re poised to deploy another round of work with Raincatcher. But we need you to take action TODAY!
We have the tools to help people get healthy, get fit, and achieve financial independence, so why not take action to deploy them TODAY? We have the tools to provide fresh drinking water to thousands who need it desperately, so why not deploy it now? Your action makes it all happen.

Team Beachbody is about people helping people. That’s why it was a no-brainer to work with Raincatcher to help people all over the globe by providing them with clean, safe drinking water.
Thanks to the growth of Team Beachbody, we have been able to donate over $280,000 to help Raincatcher.org install rainwater harvesting systems and water storage tanks in the regions where people desperately need it.

We have given over $280,000 to Raincatcher.org so they could install water “catcher” tanks at schools in Africa and provide filtration systems to Haiti as they hit a brutal crisis in available drinking water.
The efforts of Mark Armfield and Jack Rose are amazing and selfless. And they were so enthusiastic about the contributions of Team Beachbody that they went ahead and signed up as a non-profit coach as well!
And it’s great to see how coaches are embracing this relief effort. I had dinner with a coach last week who works with high net worth financial guys, and when they ask him for fitness advice (and generally are not inclined to participate in the coach business) he asks them to donate to RainCatchers in exchange for his advice!
Water tanks have been installed. 12 schools already have rainwater harvesting systems and water storage tanks plus the guys have distributed 1,500 water filters, buckets and portable rain catching systems.
Now they are working on supplying water to the next ten schools and implementing an education program around the importance of water filtration and the systems that have been installed.
Exciting things are happening, and the big heart of Team Beachbody grows bigger by the day!
I am always so filled with gratitude at this time of year. Beachbody is on track for another record year, Team Beachbody is growing fast, and people continue to get real dramatic results from the products.
My family is healthy and happy. And we have the means to put our capital to use in ways that both build toward our goals, and help a lot of people.
It’s like a dream, created on purpose with hard work and focus.
And speaking of gratitude, I got an email from Jack Rose from Raincatcher, who is deploying our first donation of water supplies in Haiti and Africa. His efforts are paying off and he is building momentum to have an even greater impact than any of us imagined. We will have video in the next few weeks to share showing our first Team Beachbody water tanks being installed in schools!
And don’t forget, for every active coach as of 12/31/10, we will donate another $5 to help five people have access to water year round!
I truly am grateful for every coach who put their faith in this idea, from the founders to the people signing up to help us be ready for the big swell in January. You all are helping us lead the charge.
