I just wanted to take a minute to tell you that I finished the Ultimate Reset on Saturday. And while I will try to make this as short as possible I have to tell you that it honestly was life changing for me. For 2 years now I have been vomiting and having headaches and the doctors had no idea and kept telling me it was stress. I had eliminated everything in my diet I could possibly think of – including Shakeology – but to no avail. Well long story short — no more vomiting and I feel great for the first time in 2 years. I always felt I ate healthy until I realized how many veggies I really didn’t eat. I didn’t do the Ultimate Reset to lose weight quite honestly, so I did not take before pictures. So of course now I am bummed because I lost 15 pounds and the belly I have been trying so hard to lose. Anyway I am slowly getting back into the workouts and training for tough mudder in July and as always could not do it without Beachbody.

We NEVER advocate that our products are the same as drugs. They are not. This is nutrition, helping the body heal itself. And you must consult a doctor, just like Laurie did especially as it relates to medications. But this is proof that we honor the amazing ability of the body to heal itself when we treat it right and stop poisoning ourselves. I used to suffer from severe ibs, to the point of looking 6 months pregnant. Since using shakeology, I have lost 22 pounds, I no longer suffer from stomach cramps or bloat. Thank you for making such an amazing product, I would gladly pay double to feel this good!
I too suffer from ibs, Had to keep 3 sizes of clothes because of it. Started the skakeology and couldn’t believe the difference. I have many disabilities that keep me down, but I started doing a walking DVD and drinking my shake and couldn’t believe the energy and how much easier it was to move, even with the fibromyalgia and 3 back surgery. Due to a health problem 2 weeks ago I had to quite doing my walking and drinking the shake. Needless to say, I back to all the problems. Restarted the shakes yesterday(can’t believe the energy already) and I can start my walking Monday. Sure don’t want to go back to what I was like. It’s a life changer. You don’t even realize how bad you were till you start feeling it. Thanks for all the help for my mind and soul.
Hi Carl, I am so glad you posted this, because the Reset really is such a big deal. I desperately needed to make a change, as I was getting more and more unhealthy. I didn’t know the first thing about good nutrition, but knowing the track record that Beachbody has to deliver THE BEST, I dove in, and never looked back.I needed to make a lifestyle change, and 21 days later I am the healthiest I have been in over 25 years, and I have a plan to help me move forward. SCORE another one for Beachbody. No turning back for me.I can do anything now !!
