Earlier today I posted this picture on Instagram (@CarlDaikeler) because I thought it would be fun to see what captions you guys would come up with. (Everything I could come up with was inappropriate or fish-related) So I figured I’d see if the team could come up with something. The prize was a 30-day supply of Energy and Endurance Formula.
After I read everything posted on my @CarlDaikeler Twitter or Instagram accounts, and on Facebook at Facebook.com/CarlDaikelerCEO, I decided to pick two winners:
John Horrell made me laugh the hardest with “If your happy and you know it clap your hands!”
But Trish Morfitt turned it into a great caption that really captures the essence of why what we do at Team Beachbody is so special, because this is what it takes:
”I’m holding a box, and everyone will put in it every excuse they’ve ever thought or used as to why they can’t treat their body right by eating healthy and working out…and then I’m throwing it out. NO EXCUSES! You CAN change your life, and the Beachbody Team can give you the tools and motivation!”
